Advertising Need:
“Stretch” limited out-of-home budget as best as possible.

Media Plan:
Schedule a “blinkered” buy of external bus advertising (i.e. every-other month).

Result:
Client received some no-charge “override” (signage remains on buses) from vendor during “off”/non-scheduled months of year-long program thus maximizing their public visibility without overspending their budget.
